Clarity through the confusion
These days, most people have heard of CBD if they haven't already taken it themselves. There is a lot of confusion around the subject (Will it make me high? Is it legal? Since when can you supplement with marijuana?) and intrigue because of the magnitude of people who are using it with great results. Let's face it, there is also some stigma because we are in fact talking about cannabis. After consulting with several of my customers and hearing the dramatic responses they were having in bettering their lives with CBD, I knew I had to learn more. I underwent training to become a Holistic Cannabis Practitioner and am pleased to offer this as an additional service.
Because the science around Cannabis is still so new, because people respond to a wide variety of does and because over 70% of products on the market today do not meet label claims, consider consulting with a trained professional before experimenting on your own.

The most common reasons people supplement with CBD is pain, anxiety and sleep issues, but we are just hitting the tip of the iceberg in its potential to support us in other ways.
-
THC and CBD are cannabinoids found in cannabis plants.
-
THC is the cannabinoid in marijuana that makes you feel high. CBD does not.
-
-
Most of the CBD products on the shelves in stores today come from agricultural hemp, not marijuana. This means that although the plants are related, hemp has by definition .3% or less naturally occurring THC and therefore will not make you high.
-
Almost 70% of the products on the market today do not have what they say they have on the label. Do your homework.
