Service Description

During your initial appointment, we'll go over a detailed health history as well as current diet and lifestyle patterns. Together, we will address your health goals by creating a plan to set you up for success in reaching those goals. This appointment can be done by phone, video or in person. For an additional fee, I can travel to you.
