My name is Sarah Quinn, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and owner of Nature of Health.
What we eat truly matters. The role of food is to nourish you. No matter what health concerns you have, what specific diet you may follow, the backbone of "what to eat" remains the same for all of us. Our best shot at living well connects directly to nature: eating whole, unprocessed, nutrient-dense, REAL food.
We live in a time where lifestyle disease is all too common and so much of it is due to what we eat and how we live. If we are to live our best life, we must begin to make the connection between what we eat, how much we move, how we think, feel and interact with others and realize that this all plays a vital role in achieving and maintaining good health.
